2022 Statewide Direct Primary Election
The Statewide Direct Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Costa Mesa County Voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot. Voters can then choose to cast their ballot in one of three ways:
1. Mail their vote-by-mail ballot to the Registrar of Voters, or
2. Drop their vote-by-mail ballot in any of the ballot drop boxes throughout the County; or
3. Vote in person or drop off their vote-by-mail ballot at any of the Vote Center sites throughout the County.
The following are Vote Center locations and hours of operation for Costa Mesa City facilities:

- Mesa Water District - 1965 Placentia Ave
- The Esplanade - 3001 Red Hill Ave (Drive Thru Only)
- TeWinkle Park Athletic Complex - 980 Arlington Dr.
- Boys & Girls Club of Costa Mesa – 2131 Tustin Ave.
