The last General Municipal Election was held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and Costa Mesa voters elected Don Harper - District 1, Loren Gameros - District 2, and Jeffrey Harlan - District 6 to serve a four-year term on the City Council. Also, Costa Mesa voters re-elected Katrina Foley as Mayor to serve a two-year term.
