Secure bicycle parking is an important component of our bicycle network. The City of Costa Mesa installs complimentary bike racks in the public right-of-way to help promote biking to and from local businesses and services. Community members and business owners can request a bike rack using the form below. City staff completes bike rack site visits on an ongoing, monthly basis and will attempt to contact the requestor to verify the location is acceptable, if possible.
