Triangle Square

New tenants and extensive renovations are part of a major transformation now underway at The Triangle restaurants & entertainment (formerly Triangle Square) in Costa Mesa. Opened in 1992, the center had suffered through changes in ownership and economic cycles significantly impacting its tenant base and revenue.
The new concept for the center takes advantage of its strong traffic counts, convenient access, and high-profile Costa Mesa location.

Most recently the center welcomed a 55,389-square-foot 24 Hour Fitness Super-Sport Club, which has already surpassed its membership expectations at the new location. The basement and street-level location proved ideal for 24 Hour Fitness’ clientele providing ready parking, significant branding exposure, and immediate access. The center’s existing tenants GNC store and Rockstar Tan further complement the lifestyle draw of the experience.

Construction is now underway on new dining experiences, Saddle Ranch Chop House, El Corazon, and Olive Branch Pizza. These exciting tenants will be joining The Triangle’s popular plaza level tenants Sutra Lounge, Yard House restaurant, and Triangle Theatres, part of the Starlight Cinemas collection of theatres, as well as Sushi Zen which is on the first floor and Creamistry Ice Cream shop.
