Costa Mesa question-and-answer session on 11-12 budget

CALIF.—City Chief Executive Officer Tom Hatch and Budget and Research Officer Bobby Young will hold an informal question-and-answer session about the City’s proposed 2011-12 budget at 6 p.m. Thursday in conference room 1A at City Hall.
